Keep your canned responses safe when reorganizing your support team
If you have canned responses assigned to some operator or department, they can be lost when you delete this operator / department. To prevent this, we implemented an additional check and now you can reassign responses to some other operator or department, or even to the whole company when removing operators / departments. No response will be ever lost!

From now on, you can pay for Provide Support Live Chat with Bitcoins:
- Open your unpaid invoice page
- Click "Pay with Bitcoins"
- Submit payment to the provided Bitcoin address
- Press "I Have Sent Bitcoin Payment" button to us payment confirmation
